Who is responsible for your data

Elena Parties, the project of Elena, a party promoter in Malta. You can message WhatsApp on +34 689 84 18 66 or reply to any email you have received from elenaparties.com.

What data is collected

Only what you type in:

• Alerts list: name, email or WhatsApp, and what you are interested in.
• VIP table request: name, email, WhatsApp, location, club, party, date, number of people and comments.
• Chat: what you write so it can reply. If you ask to be contacted, also your name, email, WhatsApp if you give it, and the conversation.
• WhatsApp button: what you send goes straight to Elena on WhatsApp, under that app's own terms.

Tickets are bought on GetYourTickets: this site does not receive your purchase or card details. For security, your IP address is used to stop abusive submissions.

What it is used for

• Replying and arranging what you ask for (VIP table, plan, questions): needed to deal with your request.
• Telling you about Elena Parties parties and events, only if you tick the box on the list: based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
• Protecting the site from spam and abuse: a legitimate interest.

Your data is only used for Elena Parties and is kept separate from that of any other site or brand. It is never sold. There is no profiling and no automated decision that affects you.

Who else handles it

Technical providers working on instruction, only to deliver their service:

• Netlify: website hosting.
• Resend: sending emails.
• Supabase: customer database, managed by this site's technical provider.
• Groq: the artificial intelligence engine behind the chat, which receives the messages you write.

If you request a VIP table, the details needed to book it are passed to the club. Some providers are outside the European Union; in that case, the transfer relies on the safeguards required by the GDPR.

How long it is kept

• Requests and contacts: up to 2 years from your last request.
• Alerts list: until you unsubscribe. 7 days after that, everything is deleted except the email and the unsubscribe mark, so you are not written to again by mistake.
• Chat conversations: not kept, except the one attached to your contact request. Until then they stay in your browser until you close the tab.
• Technical security logs: up to 90 days.

Your rights

You can ask to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict it, object to its use, take it to another service and withdraw your consent. Just message on WhatsApp or reply to any email you have received.

If you think it has not been handled properly, you can complain to the data protection authority in your country.

Age

The minimum age for the parties is 17. The forms are for people who meet that age.
