Gianpula Village is the biggest party venue in Malta: an open-air complex in Żebbuġ, in the middle of the island, with several rooms running at once. It's where summer's biggest club nights happen, plus concerts and festivals. Here's how it works, how to get there and how to buy your tickets with me.

What Gianpula Village is and where it is

Gianpula is in Żebbuġ, inland Malta, a drive or taxi ride from St Julian's and Paceville. Rather than a single club, it's a complex with several spaces: the Main Room, the big one; the Rooftop, a terrace with a lit-up pool; Marrakech; and extra areas that open for festivals.

Each party tells you which room it's in, so check when you book. The usual hours are 22:00 to 04:00, with a huge international crowd of tourists, Erasmus students and Maltese locals.

Gianpula parties: Main Room, Rooftop, Marrakech and big names

In summer there's something on almost every night. Fridays are the big Main Room nights plus the White Party in Marrakech, with a total-white dress code. Tuesdays bring Pool & Party on the Rooftop or Mamacita's reggaeton and hip-hop; Wednesdays are Bad Bunnies; Thursdays, French Night Fever with live shows and dancers; and Saturdays, French Touch on the terrace.

Gianpula also hosts concerts and festivals: Sfera Ebbasta, Morad, Steve Aoki and Afrojack have all played here, and there are festival nights with several rooms open at once, each with its own sound.

Gianpula tips and how to buy tickets

Timing is everything: last entry is usually 00:00, and if you turn up later you may have to pay a supplement at the door. Many parties include a return bus from Paceville (in 2026 it left between 22:00 and 23:00 and came back between 03:00 and 04:00); otherwise a taxi is the easiest option. Bring original photo ID, as the minimum age is 17, plus swimwear and a towel for the Rooftop.
