What to expect from Malta's club nights

Club nights usually run from 23:00 to 04:00. Every night of the week has its own theme: Latin and reggaeton nights, French and Italian nights, white parties with an all-white dress code, neon parties and special editions with guest DJs. The crowd is truly international.

Some parties happen high above the city, like TwentyTwo on Level 22 with 360° panoramic views, or Infinity by Hugo's on the rooftop of the H Hotel, pool included. Others are pure club: lights, shows and a packed floor.

Where to party in Malta: Paceville and beyond

Paceville is home to Toy Room (in partnership with Pacha), the big-room Sky Club, Infinity by Hugo's and TwentyTwo, all within walking distance. Outside St Julian's you'll find the large open-air venues: Gianpula Village in Żebbuġ, with several rooms such as the Main Room, the Rooftop and Marrakech, and Aria Complex in San Gwann, with two dance floors and a pool. For sunset sessions, Café del Mar in St Paul's Bay and Toy Room Beach Club set the mood before dark.

Peak season runs from May to September, but Malta nightlife doesn't stop in winter: autumn brings special Saturday editions at Toy Room, Halloween parties at several clubs and New Year's Eve.

Tips for buying Malta club tickets with me

Book early: tickets are released in batches, the first ones are the cheapest and the most popular nights sell out during peak weeks in July and August. Check the last-entry time, as venues like Gianpula usually close the door at midnight and late arrivals may pay a supplement. Bring photo ID: the minimum age is 17.
